Following our well received five minute short film on the history of UP ahead of the Liverpool game (on Jan 2) on BT Sport - we have made a 45 minute programme featuring some of the legends that have graced the famous old ground that will air for the first time on Monday and then be on most days next week. Finally managed to bring myself to watch this tonight...been putting it off as I'd knew it would choke me and proper hit home that the old place will soon be no more.
Anyone who doesn't feel sad to be leaving (whether for the best or not) after watching that ain't proper West Ham for me.
Some great moments shown there and proper had the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end listening bonzo talk about how special us fans are.

Was debating whether to go on Saturday, due to personal circumstances, after being offered a freebie by a dear old friend (nothing too drastic but being out all day & drunk could have its repercussions financially & emotionally for my Missus & kids) but after watching that video my mind is made up. Wild horses won’t stop me. I’ll just have to drag myself out of bed on Sunday & make up for it. I’m a lucky man with a wonderful partner & three beautiful children and have enjoyed this season more than any other. We have real hope now and with a slice of well deserved luck we’ll all be gloating at the yids, chelsea & arsenal supporters for a generation. Love you West Han United. FC.
